Notre Dame Fall Festival

Outdoor Mass & Festival to Follow
For the weekend of September 13th, there will only be one all-parish Mass at 10am, so that we can all pray together and celebrate at the Fall Festival after.
Event Details

Parking will be available in the main parking lot South of the field. There will be designated handicap parking and parking attendants to help.
For additional parking, please park in the neighborhood streets. Please make sure to not block any driveways.

Potluck drop off will begin at 9:30am. There will be signage available and designated spots for side dishes and desserts.

We have reserved 500 seats to be set up under a tent during Mass and the Festival. Please plan to give priority to elderly and handicapped people. If you are able to bring a blanket or camping chair, there will be open seating available in the field.
Ushers will be available to help coordinate seating.

Calling all pie and pastry perfectionists, whisk takers, dough masters, and flour children! Notre Dame is hosting our first annual Heavenly Delights Apple Pie Contest!
Rules and Details
All entries must be homemade
One entry per person
All entry forms must be submitted by Tuesday, September 8th, at 3:00pm
Pies must be delivered and set up by 9:45am. Late entries will not be judged.
Entries must include any unusual allergen information.
There will be first, second, and third-place ribbons and the winner will be featured in the Bulletin
Set-up and Equipment
Contestants will be responsible for their own serving equipment
Pies will need to be pre-sliced or pre-portion for the judges
Organizers will provide tasting plates, utensils, and napkins

During the Fall Festival there will be live music, free kids’ activities, and ways to get involved at Notre Dame Catholic Parish & School.

The parking lot will be first come, first serve. After the parking lot is full, we encourage you to park in the surrounding neighborhood streets. Please do not block driveways to allow for residents to access their homes.

Fall Festival Itinerary

Mass will begin on the field at 10am. This will be the only Mass available at Notre Dame the weekend of September 13th. If you are able, please bring a blanket or chair to sit on in the field during the Mass.
We will have a limited number of seats available underneath a tent with priority going towards elderly and handicapped parishioners, or for those unable to sit on a blanket or camping chair.

In addition to the potluck, the Knights of Columbus and other volunteers will be grilling hotdogs and hamburgers immediately following Mass. We will convert the seating underneath the tent for a seated eating space. There will be signage for the food lines and servers to make the process easy for all in attendance.
We will also have drink stations with water and lemonade.

The Apple Pie Contest will take place at the Northeast side of the field, in front of the tent seating. Judging for the contest will begin around 12:30pm with awards to follow.
**Pie will be available to try after the awards.

Clean up will begin approximately around 1:30-2:30pm. If you are able to volunteer and help with clean up, we will have staff members and an announcement at the end of the Festival for ways to help!
